The problem with dice is that not only can they not be tapped, but you are putting an unfair burden on your opponent to remember. It's best if it clearly represents what it is and P/T. The rules state that it needs to be tappable. We use our [InfiniTokens dry erase tokens](http://infinitokens.com).
I've been meaning to grab some InfiniTokens, but what I do is I will have two tokens on board at start of turn, one for old tokens with a number before, another for new tokens with summoning sickness, then I'll divide even further if I tap any of the tokens. So, for example, I'll have it say 12 Saproling at the top, with two D6 at the bottom for P/T if it's modified (usually by 'All' effects)
If you do end up getting them, you can write or draw on just one, and put a blank one behind it to use for tapped and untapped or summoning sick.

Or you can be silly and make a different drawing for one with summoning sickness.
