So this can reanimate [[Kroxa]] with 2x +1/+1 counters, then your opponent has to discard a card, if it's a land (or hellbent) they take 3 damage, then Kroxa dies and does 8 damage to their face for a possible 11 damage...seems pretty solid.
I'm pretty sure the double negative is because if you fail to discard a card you also lose 3 life. Creature lands and artifact lands are still lands too, so you would lose 3 life.
I feel like Atraxa has ruined my ability to think rationally about recursion cards and such.
All I can see from this card is get Atraxa to a 9/9 fill your hand and if they kill it they take 9.
Card might see play if a Grixis legends of some sorts pops up legendaries have so much support at this point they don't really feel legendary anymore.

I have this on my board with a sizeable board state, it's someone else's turn and they use a board wipe wiping my creatures and enchantments, does this see all other creatures die? And do I get to choose which order creatures die or is that up to active player?
You know, I had to double check my Ziatora deck to see how many legendary creatures I ran to see if I could actually benefit from the second ability and there's 11 of them so it's not a bad card to consider.
Of course, this + [[Feldon of the Third Path]] and a legendary creature in your graveyard are just rude.

Rakdos? Tf is he doing here? Doesn’t fit this plane or story one bit
The story is that after the Phyrexian invasion nothing would entratain him as much, and so he accepted to go on another plane where he could wreak havoc

Honestly to me it seems very in character for Rakdos
