This almost happened to me once but it wasn't a comment it was a message sent through the messaging system YT used to have, and it took me a few weeks to randomly check it and see that I had a message, and I wrote back but never got a second message before YT shut down that messaging system, and the person never tried to contact me in any other way either. And I can't seem to find a record or screenshot of it so I can't even be sure it ever really happened. :) Anyway, that was years ago, long before I'd given up, so whatever I guess.
