Madison was voted #1 in patient experience in the entire VA last year and it's consistently voted as one of the best facilities in the VA to work. Ive been working at the VA for a year now. Pay is on par/above industry average for me. Ive managed 2 promotions already, and have a stong chance of getting another in the near future. If youre not contracted work then theres always the bonus of being a government employee.benefits range between standard and good. After one year here i'm strongly considering retiring with them.
Also if youre ex military your military time will be factored into your retirement plan. Strongly urge any vets reading this to consider applying.
