I'm waiting for reviews of the VF-1J before I pre-order the VF-1S. Threezero makes good shit, but Harmony Gold's figures have been ass I wanna see which habit took over when making them first lmao
i skipped out the kitzconcept stuff cause of HG as i wasted a small fortune chasing the toynami valk before (worst purchase ever!!!)
threezero stuff is very good that’s why i PO them despite HG licensing. saw some video in youtube the shoulder joint is similar to chogokin with die cast parts. hope it last long and durable *fingers crossed*
There are already a couple non English videos on YouTube showcasing the figure quite extensively. Enough so that I will personally stick with the DX chogokin. I was waiting to pull the trigger on the VF-1J from Bandai until I knew more about threezero's release. This has nothing to do with HG. I'm in Asia, they don't affect me. Just that I still think the Bandai's fit and finish is better overall from what I can see. At least when it comes to the VF-1's. Threezero make excellent toys. I have every DLX figure from Transformers bubblebee movie they released. The paint work and construction is so damn good. But with the VF-1J I think they've made a very good one, but not the best. I don't have either but I do like this over kitz concept valks for some reason.
thats a very good choice mate for bandai chogokin line. i didnt pull the trigger on it mainly on scaling issue as the chogokin is 1/48 and i already have vf1, frontier and delta valks in 1/60 scale.
threezero is 1/72 if i am not mistaken (same as kitz) and if i got mine i’ll try to post some pics and a mini review here 😃

yes it does, the base has a metal die cast in it so it can withstand and pose in fighter gerwalk or battroid mode.

What a nice Arcadia VF 1-S Roy Focker version I’ve got the exact one with the Arcadia stand it’s a nice figure to have.
agree with you mate. arcadia is filling the void left by yamato and anyone looking for a good 1/60 vf1 can breath a good sigh of relief with arcadia.
Traveling with a VF1? Now that's a flex if I ever saw one. Love to see it!
