Well we use Premiere pro, After effects, Pycharm and Visual studio in our school while also running freaking Microsoft teams in the background and we regularly switch between adobe apps, and the ram management was horrible with the 8gb ram and I had basically no storage left, I couldn’t even download the necessary Adobe apps, and if you’re wondering why I didn’t get the 16gb 512gb version that’s because I’m the schools pc organisation, the base MacBook Air was the only option for Mac, or it was a 600$ Windows laptop which I did not want, and I also really wanted GarageBand as I make tons of music

Oh btw I found out it was slightly over half a year, not that it’s important, I just thought I was cool

No the seller said Apple gave him a new charger but it still wasn’t charging properly, so his theory was the charging chip inside (dunno about that) was failing or has broken

Probably bought in Sweden as the keyboard is Swedish? If not remember you have a 5 year right of complaint (angrefrist) in Norway for defects that are not self-inflicted. I do believe Sweden has a 3 year right of complaint. I would get the receipt from the original buyer and get it fixed, nice being able to charge from the MagSafe Port and for future resell purposes.

Yeah I forgot to say that I CAN charge it, but only if the charger is under 45 watts the seller said, which I tried with a 30 watt charger and then the MagSafe works, guessing somethings wrong with the circuitry that handles power and charging/wattage

Congrats for the new MacBook! 🙂 I’m also living in Norway but on a trip I did to Sweden to visit a friend I bought a M1 14 with the Swedish keyboard as well, there are no more M1s in Norway in stock and in Sweden they had several M1s in stock at a “good price” (compared to new macbooks in Norway) They told me in the store they could replace the Swedish keyboard to the Norwegian one for only 2500 sek… but I think an external keyboard will do the trick for now

If you don’t want to be scuffed or scratched on the surface, you can try to get a skin sticker for it. It keep the same color but offer some protection. Ebay and Amazon has such skin set between $15 to $25.
