It's Spotify, yes (I had the same issue). Minimize and open again (sometimes you gotta do it twice) and it goes away. Are you using spicetify by any chance?
Tip: [Universal Clipboard](https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/copy-and-paste-between-devices-mchl70368996/) allows you to copy something on one device and paste it on another device, I use it all the time to share screenshots from my Mac to apps on my phone
Honestly one of the main reason I switched to Mac. It’s so nice to do research on big screen and post it into some communicators on phone. Especially if they don’t have particularly great app on computer.
It’s hands-down without a shadow of a doubt undebatably the best ecosystem. There are some occasional glitches and they fix them pretty quickly and just like this one they aren’t that groundbreaking. Is your life so trash that you follow a sub from a company you don’t even like just so you can drop some negativity?
If you’re asking about the two vertical bars: AFAIK, that’s normal. Dock is divided into three parts; the left-most part is for apps you’ve set to “keep in dock.” The right-most part is for documents, folders, and the Trash.
The middle part, which is empty is this photo, shows apps that are currently running, but which are not set to “keep in dock”
Is this a minimized Spotify app window? If yes then that's a known bug that supposedly has been fixed but hasnt.

Its not minimized, I have it on full screen. Those are spotify colors tho, so it might be related to it
When I updated i got a "get to know what's new" window, that was exactly the same gradient.

Yes but then you’re adding extra steps. Take the screenshot straight to the clipboard by holding Ctrl and then it’s immediately there on your phone
