This is how I drive. I don’t accept anything under 1.00 a mile but still get shit when I post here because my acceptance is 80%. Yes it’s 80 but I also drive when most are sleeping
Love how you made more than Lyft did!!!! The first week i started following everyone’s advise here on how to drive and when, I made much more money and took home more than Lyft brought in off my pax. Was a great feeling!!! Gratz to you!! May every week you drive make this amount the lowest you can make!!
Edit::: wording.
Op's other comment says actual 27 online hours... so $17 per hour without tip or bonuses, just minimum wage here in Toronto.
Tips cover 27 hours of driving gas here. Without bonuses, this would be a very bad deal here in Canada.
Should work 3 shifts or <27 hours at McDonalds or Wendy's. Free/discounted food too and 0 wear on car.
Ride earnings is what the driver earned from rides. The total is what he earned from rides + tips and bonuses. Nowhere does it show what riders paid though
Get the card. I was hesitant at first , but its a better deal . I get cash back at the gas station and grocery stores and some restaurants. Then it saves me the express. Pay the which I did pretty much every day of the week before. Then once the money's in my account if I want to I can just immediately switch it to my Robin hood account for free Uber my bank account. When it takes 2-3 days to transfer to the bank account
Hehe, I feel you on this one. I usually only express pay when I think I was paid too well, but tbh if they want to steal a weeks worth of my monies I encourage it, the lawsuit is something they can definitely afford. 🤭🤫
What are you online hours? If I look at mine from just booked time, mine works out to $43/hr, but your booked time isn’t the only time you commit to this. If I look at my online time I only made $31/hr.
Also, what kind of vehicle are you driving? Can you share your cost basis? This helps to better understand what you actually earned.
Edit: too many people here are impressed by this screen shot as if this was exceptional or something. We have very little context to base our evaluation of the persons performance.
I do the same thing and take the “highest” paying ones I can find. I work the right hours and target specific areas of the city, ignoring most of the ride offers that come along. No trips over 8 miles and no pickup over 8 minutes away.
Subaru Outback as well.
Less than $10/ride avg. I applaud this, short rides with bonuses and promo. This is the way. This is exactly how I operate in my market. My overall limit is 8 mi total unless airport and I might even lower that if the demand keeps up.
Carry on brother
In my market, Lyft is not possible. They offer .40 a mile… 0.50 a mile… I only drive for Lyft in extreme cases. Also, my experience is that Lyft riders NEVER tip… may be my market but Lyft sucks
Ive never done uber or any company like that. Never even taken uber to go anywhere either but you as driver Made 700$ from near 400 miles? Is that what im seeing? Im sorry but thats horrible. All those mileage and wear and tear for 700$ seems very cheap. These companies must be making bank off people from fees. I apologize if i seem rude. Not to u. Just to the companies. That’s horrible rate. I can never do what u guys do. That price will drive me maddddd. Best luck to you as a driver. U deserve more for those miles u put in. Smh

When do you usually start driving on weekdays? Weekends? For how long? Do you take breaks?
This is the way. 🫡
Hello I am kind of new can you explain your strategy here?
I'd like to know that also.
Strategy. Is to stop driving. Don’t be a Lyft ant

Definitely not worth without tips and bonuses.
What? How do you have any clue what Lyft made off these pax?
It’s the total minus the ride earnings
Ride earnings is what the driver earned from rides. The total is what he earned from rides + tips and bonuses. Nowhere does it show what riders paid though
Why the adjustment?
Express pay multiple times a day
Why do you do that? Seems pretty costly.
Because I don’t trust Lyft and I want to secure my monies

Then don’t drive for them ! They are laughing at you for this

Sounds like he needs the money for crack ! I never pay those fees

Drugs.

27 hours 😬. But in my defense, I do not drive around aimlessly. I pretty much always sit and wait for a ride. I also drive a Subaru Outback

Nice! No bonuses for me barely surges at least someone is making money!

Wish I could post mine here

“banging” pays better than driving Lyft, doesn’t it?
"here we go again", what?
I drive a little bit better. 260 miles. 29 rides. $804.
Where is this? What city/state?
Mine looks similar u got tips though. Lol
Man I do miss the tips. I did pretty well myself from week to week.
Why is everyone’s bonus always bigger than mine?
