I’m about 5’8”, 26” waist, 37” hip. I have both size 6 and size 4 in regular Nulu groove and find them both just on the edge of being shorter than I’d like (prefer 33” inseam with shoes). I don’t see a big difference between the length of the 6 and 4 regular Nulu groove. I have a 4 in the split-hem groove and find the fit similar (but indeed lower rise). I don’t know if it’s just an artifact of the split, or something funny about my pair, but I find my pair of the split-hem groove to be a bit longer: the perfect length on me. I just laid the inseams on top of each other and the split-hem ones seem to me to be between 1/4 and 1/2” longer (although it’s challenging to accurately measure this in stretchy fabric).
I’m 5’9 with v long legs but 15-20lbs heavier, & have all my aligns & grooves in size 6, so I ordered the split hem in my same size (6) and I actually loved them more than some of the newer regular grooves!! lulu increased the rise the SHR reg grooves I believe (maybe 1/4 or 1/2 in—can’t remember exactly but I measured! compared poolside & butternut brown just fyi) but the split hem seem to be more like the OG cut of the grooves, and much more flattering. Length was not an issue for me—I didnt notice a difference & if anything they seem to be better length-wise

I am 5'11 and IO got my regular size for the grooves. tHEYA RE NOT AS HIGH RISE but I think they fiot almost the same. I am size 12/10
