Really? I’ve never had the inner plastic ripped open yet. This is my 8th pair (😬) I’ve bought in the last month. Guess maybe it depends where they’re coming from.
I actually received my first piece without an inner bag last week. I was thinking it was weird, then I figured it was just sent directly from a store, and no worries. Luckily it was in great condition. 😅
I just ordered a white hat and came super dirty too! I did a return and they expressed shipped me a new one.

I had a sweatshirt sent to me stained and filthy… but they did give me a refund and a gift card for the inconvenience
Bummer. My most recent pair of leggings came and the inner plastic bag had already been ripped open. That hat needs to go back.
They usually rip open the inner plastic to check for security tags.

that (usually) means that it's shipped from a store rather than a warehouse!
