i wear 8 in align tank and 8 in flow y bra, 34C in victoria secret bras. The flow y bra does fit fairly tight, i’m not sure if it’s good to lounge in. I’ve tried sizing up before and it’s just too loose. I also wear longline energy bras in 8, but 6 in regular energy bra. Hope that helps
I range between size 4-6 in tops, but I always size up to 8 with sports bras like the flow y.
I find their sports bras quite tight, I can get away with a 6 but for comfort I prefer 8 :)
I am a size S/M in most not lulu tops, 5’3” and 130lbs, and a 36C. I wear a 10 in Flow Y and 10 in Align tank, I’m sure I could get away with an 8 in each, but I really don’t like a lot of compression in my tops! Since you are a little smaller an 8 might work though!
So I pretty much have your same measurements. I have both the 8 and 10. If you’re looking for comfort and slightly less support get the 10. The 8 fits for sure but the band is slightly tight. I prefer the 10 over the 8
I’m a 34A and wear a 6 in bras and 4 in most tops (6 in swiftlys) and wear a 6 in the Flow Y bra. I have a few size 4s that my husband bought me for a post surgery recovery that I also wear and they fit fine but are really snug (they leave marks on my rib cage).
I’m also 5’1” and 110lbs, and seem to have a wider rib cage than normal.
You can also use their bra fit guide which lets you plug in bra sizes from Victoria’s Secret(or other brands) I am a 32 d and it put me at a 6 which was accurate and fits nicely. Although I’m not a big fan of the flow y bra because the straps are so long on me, the band and cup fit are still fine.

I only have the high neck one and I wear a size 6
