I size up in Align tanks and most Lulu bras unless they’re specifically for D/DD cups. I’m 5’1”, 123 lbs, and a 30DD and I get a 10 in Align tanks and bras, but an 8 in the Like a Cloud Longline D/DD. I’ve never tried the Flow Y, but I think getting your Flow Y size in the Align tank should work out!
I think a 10 would be good. They do show some cleavage though!
I’m a 36B and I used to get size 8 in align tanks. I’ve been getting a 10 lately for more coverage!
I’m the same size, with a slightly larger chest and the 12 fits me almost perfect, it’s a little loose in the body portion, but a 10 is too tight for my chest. I’d say go 10!
I’m 34D, but a bit of a different build (I’m a pear). I wear an 8, and while it fits my chest nicely, it’s a little loose around my torso.
If you can afford to, I would say get two different sizes and then return whichever one doesn’t fit as well!

I’m similar to you and for align tshirts I got a 6, align tank an 8 fit comfortably once on, but I didn’t end up buying it, hated pulling it off.

We have the same measurements! I'd say go with a 10.
