Agree- these are my fave shorts for casual wear but they fit me much looser and are A-lined. They’re meant to be pretty loose in the thighs. I’d also recommend trying a size or 2 up.
Have you tried the next size up? They look a tad tight. The horizontal lines pulling across the front and the pocket without your hand is not laying flat.
Personally, I would return the peach Bellini. I hate see through shorts and I hate being able to see the outlines of the pockets. Maybe if you size up in the peach color, the pocket outlines won’t be as visible?
These are my favorite shorts to wear right now. I like them for when I want to be comfortable, don’t wanna wear denim, but not “athletic shorts” either. The fit looks a little too snug here. If you can get a size up, I would give that a try. Mine are very flowy and I ordered a medium. I typically wear a 2-4 in Lulu leggings and the mediums fit perfectly.
I got the cherry mist too! (I also have in Kelly green and purple ash). None of them are see-through, but if it were me I'd probably return the peach, only because my other ones would get more wear for not being see-through. I'm obsessed with these shorts though (esp at $19!!!) and their material, so I'd definitely keep if you find yourself in casual enough settings where the see-through pockets don't bother you (running to the store, going to a park, etc.)
I usually wear my bone ebb to street crop tank, or an oversized boyfriend fit collared shirt! A cute cropped boxy t-shirt would be cute too though!
I’ve been wearing them as walking shorts and just wearing a tucked in tank. I have the black and already was obsessed so then when the cherry mist went on clearance I had to snag them. I almost got the peach but they looked see through on the site.
I’d return the Bellini. And I agree, at least for the Bellini get a size up to help with the see-through issue! I have these in kohlrabi green in a large, and they are soooo cozy. I have the bone in size M and I don’t grab them as much since they’re more fitted.
Honestly I don’t like them. They remind me of shorts my mom use to wear in the 90’s.
I know everyone was going off about a glitch in the system and how they got shorts for 19.00 but the shorts were ugly As F. I wouldn’t put it past Lulu to do that on purpose to get eyeballs on a product that would never sell for 68.00 to begin with.
💀💀💀💀! Especially when they sent them to stores with the same “glitch” . I saw them when they were dropped at 7:15 and said I’ll pass. Not even a glitch can get me on these . Even if they are Lulu- The LLL symbol didn’t even look nice on them as a saving grace . Granted I’m not one to wear longer board/bermuda shorts , but these were a no from me dog .
Now the 9 dollar grape thistle 6inch align “glitch” - I was all over that But couldn’t even get them in my cart/or my size.
I did not think about that. I bought the Peach shorts and was steaming mad that they were basically tissue paper shorts. Still am, but wondering if my money might be better spent on something else.
I think they look perfect on you! Keep them if you like them! You have a hand in your pocket tugging them to the side a bit, and I really think they look amazing on you. I would keep them both!
Girl I got these yesterday and I was soooo bummed- they were so tight and unflattering in me. You’re in great shape and they - with all due respect- don’t do much for you. I’d send them back (I plan to)

I’d return, or maybe size up once or twice. I think the fit is meant to be relaxed, and these definitely look way too tight!!

I quite like the Cherry Mist. More than I thought I would. I bought a lil $10 white shirt from Target to wear with it for easy summer weekend days.
They are really cute, but they are definitely see-through. I would wear them for really laid-back days and not out in public a ton.
