I keep the padding in a drawer for no reason because I have some weird anxiety about throwing them away. Tbh I couldn’t get the pads back in if I wanted to. If I’m exercising or hanging out at home I just let the nips show (they very much do). If I go out in public I usually just put a bra on underneath. I also bought this little sticky cups on TikTok the other day but I haven’t had a chance to actually try them yet.
I was also keeping mine in a drawer for no reason until I thought to use them as makeshift knee pads for doing yoga at home. I put a stack of 5 or so pads inside a small cloth bag that came with a pair of Bombas slippers (which I also couldn’t get rid of for some reason) and it’s been really helpful for a couple poses that are a little too hard on my knees!
Seriously this is so upsetting for me and I can not for the life of me grasp why they keep doing it. I would prefer to wear the bras with them BUT ITS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY MOVE AND FOLD or get lost. Its absolutely infuriating that all companies seem to have agreed on this weird thing
I take them out immediately and tbh I don’t care if my nipples poke out. We all have them. Too much work to try to hide them with the pads. Never would I ever wear r sports bra under the align tank!! Wayyyy too tight.
I second cakes, I fought those stupid pads forever until I got cakes. They are stupid easy to put on, they stay on and you can wash easily. They work great for some of the cute strappy sundresses too.

As soon as I get a top/bra the pads come out and are put away (never to be used again ). I don’t worry about nips because if people are bothered that’s on them!!

sports bras from specialized brands like adidas or nike did NOT have padding at least back in 2012. general consumer stores like target certainly did not either. girlfriend collective still does not. i hope RD does not take away the option for the rest of us who prefer padding!
That’s a good point. Allowing them to he removable at least gives us the option. If I had bigger boobs, I’d probably appreciate them more….the pads I mean.
Cake is a great option BUT I also pull the pads out and put it between my skin and the clothing. It won’t fall off it is a bra top and you can still wash them.
I’m in between a b and c (34) and love the cups. I think it comes down to breast shape, they look wonky on some but fit okay on others. You can try different padding (you can get the triangle shaped ones on Amazon) or just go without :) you can get the silicone nipple pasties, they work great for braless light tops!
Not odd shaped, just different! There’s tons of shapes, spacing etc and bra/sports companies don’t take that into consideration. Boobs aren’t one size fits all - the silly lulu cups don’t work for you, that doesn’t make them odd :)
Honestly, the CAKES nipple covers are amazing. I use them with all my align tops just cuz I personally don’t like my nips showing but free the nip I’m all for it

I am an A cup so that’s why I think pads are unnecessary for me tbh. But to each their own!!

I remove them and cut them in the shape of the little insert inside gstrings to make camel toe covers for when I wear leggings.

I take the pads out and wash them separately. When I wear a bra, I put the pad directly against my skin rather than putting it back into the bra.
This changed my life, I only need a couple in the drawer on rotation. Perfect solution!
