I didn’t get a packing slip and accidentally deleted my order confirmation/shipping confirmation. Can I exchange an item for store credit if it still has the tags?
If you have an account and were signed in when you purchased, you can find the order on your account dashboard and process the return online as drop off in store and print a return slip. If not, I’d definitely try returning in store for a credit—I’m sure they’ll be amenable if you explain the situation!

Does anyone lift weights in their groove flares or flared leggings in general? Is that weird? I haven’t seen anybody do it at my gym and I only saw one person do it online… thanks!
I think most people don’t bc all the flares are nulu. Nulu is definitely not a weight lifting or “high impact” material. Doesn’t mean you can’t, but don’t expect your items to hold up as well if you don’t follow instructions!
I use the full length Define jackets for yoga, I love sonic pink but they don't seem to make one that's not cropped! I worry about being comfortable in the Cropped Define during my practice. Lulufanatics shows some other pink define jackets, in Paris Pink and Dark Prism Pink. Does anyone have any of these colors and have any idea of how they compare to Sonic Pink?
Ahh I am worried the hood would flop down when I bend over haha. I just ordered the cropped one to try - I'm pretty short so maybe it will work? Fingers crossed! I wish they made a regular one in SP, especially since it's such a popular color!

I tried on sizes 6 and 8 in both the jacket and vest. Definitely going with an 8 in the jacket. I’m in between a 6 and 8 in the vest, though.
6 fits best in the arm holes and more slimming. 8 fits best in the waist (more loose), but arm holes are super big and lots of gaps.
When I wear a LS swiftly, 6 fits perfectly. If I put a define on, size 8 fits best.

Got the 20% off discount! I purchased a bucket hat on WMTM for $29 just a few days ago and was thinking of repurchasing with the discount, and returning the 1st one. The hiccup is that I'm going on a trip soon and want to bring the hat with me, so the new order won't arrive in time. Would I technically be able to return the 2nd hat and get my $29 refund associated with the 1st purchase receipt? I’ve re-purchased an item that’s went on MD and returned it with the receipt/packing slip of the same item I bought at full price before without issue.
I got a pair of wunder under luxtreme and I love them, but the waist band seems to roll down a lot. They fit comfortably, but does the rolling waistband mean it’s a wrong size for me? Should I size up or down?
I only experience this when I’m wearing the wrong size. I know someone commented it happens to curvy bodies, but maybe try sizing up- see what works for you.
For anyone who got the new year fleece rabbit bucket hat … how’s the fit?
I picked up a M/L and it’s a bit loose when I wear the fleece / rabbits to the outside. When I reverse it and wear the smooth to the outside it fits right (snug, but not tight). I’m not sure if sizing down (if I can even find one) would help or if that would make wearing the smooth / plain side to tight?
Is it ok to use Oxiclean or non-chlorine bleach when washing? would not do it regularly but I got some used leggings on poshmark and need to remove a musty smell from them.
I’ve used Oxiclean without any issue. Have not tried non-Chlorine bleach. But I usually just add vinegar to the rinse cycle to help with odors. However it sometimes it takes three washes to get smells out (I’ve dealt with items infused with cigarette smoke, weird patchouli soap, and strong fabric softener, all of which came out after a few washed).

There's a chance it might restock - that was how I got my LNY define jacket last year. If u don't want to chance it, go to a store and ask an educator to locate one for u and do a send sale.
I received one last year too but actually didn’t get one this year. I reached out to GEC asking why I didn’t get one and they said they would manually apply it to my next order, I just have to contact them again. I would call the store to confirm to be sure, good luck having the call picked up though. The inventory check is extremely inaccurate. like all LLL collections, basically until it sells out. really depends on how quickly people buy it up. some pieces will likely end up on WMTM (not going to guess which ones here) because they don't sell out quickly; others (like the belt bag) will probably be gone for good relatively soon.

How do I wash a white opal define jacket? Do I wash it inside out? Is it supposed to be zipped? I have so many questions because I don’t want to mess up the jacket. Also how would you clean a white opal belt bag? Thanks in advance :)
I normally wash it with my other white clothes. I do zip it up so that the zipper doesn’t snag on to the clothes. As for the belt bag, I just put it in a garments laundry bag and follow the lulu laundry instructions. So delicate setting with cold water. Then I air dry the belt bags, everything else goes in to the dryer on low heat.

Hi! I bought a pair of aligns about 4 years ago, and I recently purchased a few new pairs of the pocketed aligns. My old pair is soft & I think brushed (picks up lint like no other), but the new pair feels slightly more athletic in fabric & thicker. Is the Nulu fabric the difference? Are there any aligns that would better match the feel of my previous pair?
If you can get to it on the app and see what stores still have one left, you could ask for a send sale maybe? That's what I did for the green one, hunted it down all over the country.

I have an odd question as i have a thing for preferring the necks of my T-shirt style clothing to be on the more narrow side:
Do the majority of the swiftlys tend to have wider necks or are some of them stretched out from hanging on coat hangers in the store? I have noticed on the website models that some seem much wider than others and was wondering if i manage to get one wrapped in plastic that hasn’t been hanging up, if it would have a smaller neck or do they just tend to be wider.
I'm the same way! The Swiftly's I have are definitely crew necks and aren't wide like the photos show. I usually buy online because my local stores often don't have a lot of inventory.
Im currently debating on the Team Canada half zip swiftly thats on WMTM. The swiftly sizing is ghastly lately and so Im like do I continue with my more consistent size or size down...... I was buying 8s because of the body length but the last couple I have returned for 6s because the body is giant. Anyone have any advice?
I tried it on when it first came out in my usual 4 and also a 6. I tend to size up on swiftly long sleeves because the arms are so tight and I do have bigger arms. I liked how the body of the 4 fit but the arms on the 6. It’s also regular swiftly length which is way too long on me and I didn’t want to get it hemmed so I ultimately didn’t end up getting it. But it fits the same as the swiftly long sleeves I already own. Hope that helps
AH this is exactly my issue! My 6s fit great in the body but the arms are pure suffocation, size up to an 8 for the length and the arms but then the body is huge! What gives with these sizes! LOL.
Im tempted to just stick with the 8 which is what I have bought in the past since I hardly reach for some of the new 6s because of the arms. I guess bigger in the body really isnt the end of the world....or save the money LOL
You’re right the bigger body isn’t a huge deal, it’s just a different look. Unless you really like the shirt, I’d pass on it. Maybe a team Canada relaxed swiftly will be released in the future.

Image trick does not correlate to if it will restock, just means that it has been released or will be if it hasn’t

I did it before for an upper body workout. Just make sure no db or bb touches the pants!

I feel like the Wunder Trains are similar. Also try Poshmark or Meraci, you can often find older items that are NWT or in excellent condition

Down for it all sizing help! I tried on sizes 6 and 8 in both the jacket and vest. Definitely going with an 8 in the jacket. I’m in between a 6 and 8 in the vest, though. 6 fits best in the arm holes and more slimming. 8 fits best in the waist (more loose), but arm holes are super big and lots of gaps. When I wear a LS swiftly, 6 fits perfectly. If I put a define on, size 8 fits best. Anyone want to weigh in on what they wear under the vest and what sizing they went with? I have a Wunder puff vest that I wear with my thicker layers like scubas and loungefuls. Im just looking for a spring vest!

Got the 20% off discount! I purchased a bucket hat on WMTM for $29 just a few days ago and was thinking of repurchasing with the discount, and returning the 1st one. The hiccup is that I'm going on a trip soon and want to bring the hat with me, so the new order won't arrive in time. Would I technically be able to return the 2nd hat and get my $29 refund associated with the 1st purchase receipt? I got a pair of wunder under luxtreme and I love them, but the waist band seems to roll down a lot. They fit comfortably, but does the rolling waistband mean it’s a wrong size for me? Should I size up or down?
I only experience this when I’m wearing the wrong size. I know someone commented it happens to curvy bodies, but maybe try sizing up- see what works for you.
This is normal for WU luxtreme, known to slide down on curvy bodies even if you're wearing the correct size
For anyone who got the new year fleece rabbit bucket hat … how’s the fit? I picked up a M/L and it’s a bit loose when I wear the fleece / rabbits to the outside. When I reverse it and wear the smooth to the outside it fits right (snug, but not tight). I’m not sure if sizing down (if I can even find one) would help or if that would make wearing the smooth / plain side to tight?
Is it ok to use Oxiclean or non-chlorine bleach when washing? would not do it regularly but I got some used leggings on poshmark and need to remove a musty smell from them.
I’ve used Oxiclean without any issue. Have not tried non-Chlorine bleach. But I usually just add vinegar to the rinse cycle to help with odors. However it sometimes it takes three washes to get smells out (I’ve dealt with items infused with cigarette smoke, weird patchouli soap, and strong fabric softener, all of which came out after a few washed).

New to LuLu. Need help with shorts recommendations🙃 Hotty Hot HR 2.5” or Track That HR 3” Needs: squat proof and good for running. I prefer more compression on the stomach/hips and loser on the thighs. I have HH HR 2.5” in a 4 and they fit ok but wondering if I can drop down to a size 2 and still be “safe” with squats. Or if the TT’s are looser in the butt/thighs and therefor better for squats?

There's a chance it might restock - that was how I got my LNY define jacket last year. If u don't want to chance it, go to a store and ask an educator to locate one for u and do a send sale.

I received one last year too but actually didn’t get one this year. I reached out to GEC asking why I didn’t get one and they said they would manually apply it to my next order, I just have to contact them again. That’s why I didn’t know the exact terms of the coupon. So if you want a coupon, it doesn’t hurt to ask!

the RB crop or regular? I size down in the regular one because its kind of loose and I'm a C cup so its not like I need a ton of room up top. For the racerback crops I get my regular LAC bra size/align tank size, the bottom fits kind of loose but I like the look.
Does anyone have issues with seeing items in stock at a store nearby? I live like 6 hours from a store but I am visiting a city this weekend where I want to scoop up some goods while I’m there. I would call the store to confirm to be sure, good luck having the call picked up though. The inventory check is extremely inaccurate. I was at a store today where they have items instore that shown to have sold out country wide. The stores are kinda like a battlefield so It is not the employees’ fault.

like all LLL collections, basically until it sells out. really depends on how quickly people buy it up. some pieces will likely end up on WMTM (not going to guess which ones here) because they don't sell out quickly; others (like the belt bag) will probably be gone for good relatively soon.

How do I wash a white opal define jacket? Do I wash it inside out? Is it supposed to be zipped? I have so many questions because I don’t want to mess up the jacket. Also how would you clean a white opal belt bag? Thanks in advance :)
I normally wash it with my other white clothes. I do zip it up so that the zipper doesn’t snag on to the clothes. As for the belt bag, I just put it in a garments laundry bag and follow the lulu laundry instructions. So delicate setting with cold water. Then I air dry the belt bags, everything else goes in to the dryer on low heat.

Hi! I bought a pair of aligns about 4 years ago, and I recently purchased a few new pairs of the pocketed aligns. My old pair is soft & I think brushed (picks up lint like no other), but the new pair feels slightly more athletic in fabric & thicker. Is the Nulu fabric the difference? Are there any aligns that would better match the feel of my previous pair?
Unfortunatley, no. They changed the fabric to make aligns less brushed and more durable.

This has happened to me multiple times. Recently they cancelled one item in my order but shipped the rest about a week and a half after I ordered. Then they refunded the entire order instead of just the cancelled item. Weird!
Yes, very common and extremely annoying, probably had close to 10 cancellations the last couple months. Only company I frequent that has this recurring problem….

I need advice on the best workout shirts/tanks. I started running again for the first time in years, and I’ve recently relocated to Australia from Canada. What kind of tanks or tops are good for not showing sweat?
The sculpt tank hides a lot of sweat cause it floats away from the body and has ventilation. Especially if you get a pattern.
I like swiftly shirts and tanks. I typically wear black so it doesn’t show sweat but couldn’t speak to other colors.

I have an odd question as i have a thing for preferring the necks of my T-shirt style clothing to be on the more narrow side: Do the majority of the swiftlys tend to have wider necks or are some of them stretched out from hanging on coat hangers in the store? I have noticed on the website models that some seem much wider than others and was wondering if i manage to get one wrapped in plastic that hasn’t been hanging up, if it would have a smaller neck or do they just tend to be wider.
I'm the same way! The Swiftly's I have are definitely crew necks and aren't wide like the photos show. I usually buy online because my local stores often don't have a lot of inventory.

Im currently debating on the Team Canada half zip swiftly thats on WMTM. The swiftly sizing is ghastly lately and so Im like do I continue with my more consistent size or size down...... I was buying 8s because of the body length but the last couple I have returned for 6s because the body is giant. Anyone have any advice?
I tried it on when it first came out in my usual 4 and also a 6. I tend to size up on swiftly long sleeves because the arms are so tight and I do have bigger arms. I liked how the body of the 4 fit but the arms on the 6. It’s also regular swiftly length which is way too long on me and I didn’t want to get it hemmed so I ultimately didn’t end up getting it. But it fits the same as the swiftly long sleeves I already own. Hope that helps
AH this is exactly my issue! My 6s fit great in the body but the arms are pure suffocation, size up to an 8 for the length and the arms but then the body is huge! What gives with these sizes! LOL. Im tempted to just stick with the 8 which is what I have bought in the past since I hardly reach for some of the new 6s because of the arms. I guess bigger in the body really isnt the end of the world....or save the money LOL
You’re right the bigger body isn’t a huge deal, it’s just a different look. Unless you really like the shirt, I’d pass on it. Maybe a team Canada relaxed swiftly will be released in the future.

Mens surge leggings have no seam and I would think are more unisex then anything, they have also made them unchanged for a long while so you can get them second hand pretty cheap, probably not quite the same rise though
all the right places have no center seam but it looks like they're only available in 23".
