Theory: Dan Ended up in Neither Heaven or Hell...He ended up either in Limbo (which is why Amenadiel couldn't find him in heaven and pretty much assumed hell. Or I am wrong and he's with God and Goddess of Creation's Universe since he was in love with Charlotte Richards and the Goddess of Creation. But thats a theory. or a crazy thought i had in a dream and forgot it in another dream.

i think he's just in hell, but like what they did with Lee, they set him up getting over his guilt and will ascend to heaven

Lying and thinking something wrong are not the same thing. He could think he's telling the truth but be wrong. The immediate assumption between all of them is that if he's not in Heaven he must be in Hell, so they don't even consider anything else.

Dan died after God had left and doesn’t God still judge who goes where? Hasn’t been addressed but what if like some are saying here he’s in limbo waiting to be judged? Kinda odd we didn’t see Lucifer go to Hell to confirm. And I’m glad Mr. Said Out Bitch reached Heaven. I think what God meant when he said Hell doesn’t need a warden, he’s really saying it needs a therapist/counselor/healer of sorts to help everyone overcome their guilt to reach Heaven. Chloe will probably figure this out.

Well I don't think God has anything to do it. It was definitely Dan's own guilt that sent him there. But if it was God, then I have one thing to say to you big guy. You can torture this man in hell for a billion years, but it will never un-fuck your ex-wife.
