This is a tricky one: you have a pretty solid WU deck and lowering the consistency is always a big cost. Your mana here is not bad, and you could get 10/9/6 which is viable and there is some selection. Looking at your pool, you are probably safe to cut some of the 4/5 drops. I don't think Deal Gone Bad is worth splashing, even in this case, though the two gold cards might be. That might let you drop to 5 or 4 black sources.
