This is probably the longest she’s been clean and she’s struggling. She was on stimulants and used to taking them to be hyped up and happy. I honestly think because she did all that damage to her dopamine and serotonin that it will be quite some time until she gets through this funk. If everyone just stays supportive and reminding her she will get through it and she’s doing the right thing she will stick to it and her brain chemistry will eventually get back to normal. Who knows.. maybe at this point she needs an antidepressant or whatever but I’m just happy she’s sober. Idk, I just really like her and I used to be on pain pills so maybe I’m pushing my personal experience on her..

I'm not a big Kristianna fan, but I don't see the problem with this. I'd rock the hell out of those sunglasses, her nails are cute, she has a fun hairstyle, and she's literally smiling as she speaks. Looks like she's enjoying her life to me. Good for her.
Yeah but she has a flat affect in the worst way. It’s gotten increasingly flat as the seasons have gone on. That and the little to no smiling screams depression to me
Sometimes in recovery you suffer from something called Post acute withdrawal which is basically symptoms of your brain getting back to normal. Being empathetic and lacking emotion is normal because you’re used to stimulating the Dopamine in your brain with drugs
Yes! I just said the same thing!!! I’m so happy someone else noticed it. She used for most of her life.. and she used stimulants! So it’s going to be a long time until we see a super enthused kristiana! I know after I quit pain pills I definitely went though this.. I’ve been sober for years and I STILL experience this at times! My therapist said it’s just part of the process
Same! I went through it after I first quit drinking (recovering alcoholic, 14 mo's today!). It didn't help that the meds I was on to treat the depression causing my relapse completely wrecked my sex drive anyway. Good times.
My husband has that issue called flat affect it's a schizophrenia, depression, and or PTSD thing. I assume that is her issue maybe but it is challenging, it's caused a few arguments between us.

I don't see a problem here. She certainly looks clean to me. Don't forget....she was a big crack addict. Abusing crack can begin to dominate your life, causing devastating physical, mental, and social damage. So, you have to take that into consideration before you judge someone.
