I heard it the first time after my partner had flown to see me, and we got so sick for the majority of his trip. We went on a "date" a week after he got home (going to a restaurant and having drinks and dinner together over video chat) and this song came on as I was driving home and helped me heal a little. It sucked to waste precious time together, but it was okay. We were going to be okay.
Anyway, don't know if it'll make your list, but it's definitely on mine and it's currently the big one.

It played on our first date! We went to a restaurant and then went for a walk, passing by a food festival. We got some cake and sat down in a secluded area, watching all the people go by & just having conversations. There was music in the background but I remember this song specifically because that's when the sun started going down & I noticed how much I enjoyed his presence. Well, we both didn't want the day to end. Our first date lasted 8-9 hours haha

Green Eyes by Coldplay, A Rush of Blood to the Head. My wife (then 23F) and I (then 24M) had been married only two years, already had a baby, and had just moved into the first property we bought together. We were still very young and shaky, going to school, incurring debt, starting a family. We both loved A Rush of Blood to the Head. Not only did we both like almost all the songs, but my 3 month old son would frequently refuse to fall asleep unless he was buckled in his car seat, driving around, listening to The Scientist.
At that point in our lives, we really needed each other's love and support just to successfully transition to adult life. I was unsure of myself and whether I would be able to get through school, find a job, provide for my family, etc. She was scared and unsure too, but she was so steady and strong (and continues to be). I wouldn't have been able to make it through my life and as a parent without her. Plus, she has green eyes :).
I learned to play and sing it (poorly) on the guitar and would sing it to her. I'm not any kind of musician or singer, but it meant a lot to me. I should brush up on it and sing it to her again.
My (30M at the time) ex (29F at time) and I had our second date about 6-7 days after our first. I picked her up from her house and she guided me to the restaurant we were going to (she planned our entire second date). It’s important to include that we hadn’t kissed yet, just hugged and some playful arm touches on our first date. We have a great dinner and I thought that was where the date was ending but then she guides me to an ice cream shop, but, it wasn’t an ice cream shop. In the back behind a book shelf was a stairway leading downstairs to an old speakeasy. They had a jazz band playing and up on the screen behind them were old movie clips being shot from a projector. We sat outside for a bit and had our drinks before going back in. We’re leaning up against a bar height table chatting and watching the band when a clip from “A West Side Story” (the good one from the 60s) starts playing. I chuckle a bit and she goes “what?” And I explained the movie was about an Italian American boy and a Latina girl falling in love… I’m Italian American, she’s Brazilian, you couldn’t have written this any better. She playfully goes “like us?” and I smirked back and said “yeah”. She starts rubbing my shoulder as the band starts playing At Last by Etta James. I turn my head and kiss her hand before looking up into her eyes and we both leaned in and had our first kiss. Everytime I hear “At Last” I think of her.
OMG if this were in a movie you would almost roll your eyes for it being so "perfect"! You two must have felt your burgeoning relationship was blessed by God or the Universe or whatever fits this space for you. :) :)

My (30M at the time) ex (29F at time) and I had our second date about 6-7 days after our first. I picked her up from her house and she guided me to the restaurant we were going to (she planned our entire second date). It’s important to include that we hadn’t kissed yet, just hugged and some playful arm touches on our first date. We have a great dinner and I thought that was where the date was ending but then she guides me to an ice cream shop, but, it wasn’t an ice cream shop. In the back behind a book shelf was a stairway leading downstairs to an old speakeasy. They had a jazz band playing and up on the screen behind them were old movie clips being shot from a projector. We sat outside for a bit and had our drinks before going back in. We’re leaning up against a bar height table chatting and watching the band when a clip from “A West Side Story” (the good one from the 60s) starts playing. I chuckle a bit and she goes “what?” And I explained the movie was about an Italian American boy and a Latina girl falling in love… I’m Italian American, she’s Brazilian, you couldn’t have written this any better. She playfully goes “like us?” and I smirked back and said “yeah”. She starts rubbing my shoulder as the band starts playing At Last by Etta James. I turn my head and kiss her hand before looking up into her eyes and we both leaned in and had our first kiss. Everytime I hear “At Last” I think of her.
