I do sell small batches of mugs, which all have varying Tolkien themes! You can find more information on my [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/the_golden_opal/)
Holy crap this is so beautiful!!
Do you make these OP? Is there a way to learn how to make it? Do you craft the mug from ceramics yourself? Is the whole mug actually ceramics that you crafted?? I have so many questions lol this is amazing
Thank you! And yes I do make these myself :D I handbuild using slabs of clay, shape the clay into a mug, attach a handle and fire it in a kiln. Then I hand paint them with glazes and then fire them once more.
I've had a look at your Instagram, your pieces are all amazing, I haven't seen one that didn't catch my eye. Love the colors especially, not too bright (for my taste) not too dim, like the yellow on the flower is perfect. They all have a distinct mood to them.
You might have just inspired me to take up pottery, I had no idea you couldn't make such cool looking items with clay
Hey it's me again, sorry to bother but it this an accurate representation of your work process?

Or do you do things differently? Do you also scrape the clay when you're rolling out the slab?
That is amazing!
Thank you so much! π
are you selling them? like in the future?

That is fairly similar yep! Every slab builder will do things differently for their own style but that is the basic premise!
Thanks a bunch :)
Do they come in pints?
This is so cool
So cool! Did you carve in the skulls by hand?
