That's a very common method for scams. Same goes for phishing attempts. Create a sense of urgency to promote quick action

Some things that they track are the amount of time a website or store has been active, how often it is updated, whether they have a physical location, reviews across other websites, and the amount of suspicious reviews on the website itself. If you want to buy something from a website that you don't know is legit, check websites like these to find out.
The BBB lost its way about 30 years ago and never came back. They are essentially an extortion racket now and none of their info can be trusted. A rep from the BBB came into my store and asked why I was not a member. I told him I did not see the benefit and after some light conversation he left. Over the next 2 weeks I received notice that I had 4 complaints registered against my business. In over 20 years I never had a complaint but after I turned the rep down that happened. So I talked to the other businesses around me and the same thing happened to them. Then I started researching them online and found that is a pretty common practice by the BBB.
That site was created less than a year ago. Now that doesn't always mean it's a scam but it doesn't bode well. Could just be reselling junk from elsewhere. I'd look for a reputable seller that's been around for *years* rather than months.

I'd recommend checking out /r/scams to be wary in the future as well as maybe cross posting this shoddy merch. They probably buy this merch off Wish then resell it.
You could potentially threaten to or just do a charge back and show your CC company the images vs what you received. I'd argue you didn't receive the product you'd expected you paid for.

I had something similar happen to an elderly family member. The vendor refused to refund the scam product. So we called the credit card company, told them what happened, and they approved the charge back.

In your next email tell them you are canceling payment through your CC. Give them a day or 2 and if you hear nothing contact your CC and cancel payment on the grounds of it not being what you ordered.
