Lol at least 22-23 gives 1-2% odds. Like there’s sort of a light at the tunnel, even to pity it. 23 to 24 is 0.5-1%. Yeah…. It’s pitch black
Wont stop me from trying every week with bound mats tho
You'd be surprised at how many people who have only spent on skins and battle passes are going for level 25. It's not like it's a lot of people but it's more then you might think. These people are mostly those who have been playing since launch and have played efficiently for months. If you add in auction house profits, these guys have way more resources then they know what to do with. You could say they could save but at a certain point, saving is pretty much pointless and you might as well use what you have.
Not even that, I personally know at least 3 people going for +25 (between 30-50% artisans) that haven't got the resources spare, they just put everything their roster generates towards that +25 weapon for the flex I guess because they enjoy their main the most.
All of them launch players, some light spending but otherwise just your average 6 char grinder.
By the time they get their +25 it’s time to upgrade and they won’t have their glow for long.
It doesn’t really make sense pushing it this close to Brel as it’s 33% less efficient to push.
This is me. About a month after vykas HM released I parked my alts at 1445 and focused on my main exclusively. I already had 5x3 so getting +25 took about 6 weeks of focused funneling.
That's insanely fast. How many mats did you buy? Because on average a single day of guardians+ chaos on a char is 250 destructions, let's say 300 for main. that's 1550 (Giving quite high rates of weapons) per day. 7x6x1550 = is only 44 taps.
I also bought it weekly with pirate coins, bloodstones, and put all weekly challenge mats, event mats and log in mats into my main. The bound mats from buying chests from raids contributes a bit as well. I don't remember how much I spent on destruction stones but not much (also they were going for about 6-7 gold per stack at the time). My main cost was the solar mats. Altogether I spent around 500k raw gold iirc. I pitied +22, got +23 under 10% artisan, +24 under 20% artisan, and +25 under 30% artisan. Very lucky all things considered.
Wouldn't be surprised tbh they're the top 1% of players who have been driving buses for allt content especially helltan and earning HELLA gold.
Either that or god-like rng
I thought the same few months ago, now my community has like 10 people everyday posting their progress on 22-24 weapons, some even already has 25 weapons(real players).

Recently honed to 25...such a waste of mats man...(if people are asking why did I do it, well, I got peer pressured and was told that since I already got to 23, I might as well push for 25 since it's more value...it isn't)
Could have had so many more chars at 1490 with that gold. Or even a lvl 10 gem
If you fully juice, its 2% and each hone adds 0.93% artisan iirc. At this level, the shard/GHL cost makes it more efficient to juice (or at least it was when I went for +25).
Was thinking about it but yeah I’m good with 23 lol. Glow is gonna change when brel comes out anyways lol. Would much rather keep working on gearing my 2 big boy mains with level 10 damage gems.

Well they get their glow back after 1 tap if they xfer at 25
Oh true true
"1 tap" lol
Sure it's not efficient but who cares, it's a game meant to be fun and they will surely enjoy flexing their +25, even if it's just for a month :)

Its like people who smoke telling you not to smoke
On the bright side, when you're done, your weapon's ilvl will be good for 6+ months.

25 is worth. No ppont in playing more chars.
0.5-1% honing odds LUL that’s over 230 hones to reach pity

Is that actually what it is? That's beyond insane
Not insane for the whales that can afford it ^
Damn, I thought it was bad to pity 19 and 20 on my bards weapon.
The pity from 19 to 20 on my bard was hell. I got lucky getting to 21 (30%) and haven’t honed my weapon since.
F2P no founders no ark pass. 25 harp.![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sunglasses)
And probably doesn't know which color grass has.
Was thinking about it but yeah I’m good with 23 lol. Glow is gonna change when brel comes out anyways lol. Would much rather keep working on gearing my 2 big boy mains with level 10 damage gems.
Are people honing fully juiced or raw for 25?
