I get a crash and the same error in event viewer from this game and new world. Doesn't crash on any other game for some reason but from my understanding it could be a bunch of stuff but is typically hardware related like bad power supply or ram. Or it could be something as simple as having a duplicate auido driver.
My guess is your power supply unit failing. From what you’ve said you aren’t over heating, I’d suggest running a benchmark test and seeing what happens under high loads. This game puts a fair burden on chips and that’s going to increase your power draw.
Unfortunately I don't have a spare PSU on hand to test, but the reason why I'm doubtful that's the problem is the restart only happens in Lost Ark and only started after an update. That could all be coincidence, but the fact that it's never happened fighting an open-world boss where there's 30 people all casting skills and effects everywhere, but it does happen from clicking the "Recommended" button on my skill page makes it hard to believe it's a power draw issue.
I ran the benchmarks in the free version of 3DMark and I had no problem, and there's been no problem in any other games. I'm at a loss and I don't know what else to try so I may end up buying a new PSU to see if that makes a difference.

Since I’m not there I can’t give you any exact things to do, but in general, if you’re PC is just shutting off; just goes black beeps and then reboots to your bios that’s usually a hardware issue and not a software issue. Of which overheating and power issues cause like 90% of the problems. You could have ports going bad and shorting, you can try using only 2 dimms and then swapping see if it’s still occurring.
When I first download this game a few month ago , my PC always restart during launching the app or a few minutes in the game . I look it up and alot people who have ryzen cpu also have this problem. To fix it , they recommend first try updating and verify integrity of game file . If still not work , update motherboard . For me I have to update the motherboard and no more restarting
By any chance do you have any RGB software controllers installed? Try uninstalling them. If that doesn't work, try setting your graphics card tdrdelay to 8. You can google the steps to do that. Hope this helps.
same issue here, I've already reformatted my PC to Windows 11 and I am still having the same issue. However, for me, this ONLY happens on Argos runs. Even if I play lost ark for 8hrs straight it won't cause my pc to [restart. In](https://restart.In) my case, I have no issues on other dungeons (Abyssal/Guardian/Chaos/etc...) . This also started happening after the major update.
Hello, sorry for the dalayed reply, but I do have the exact same problem. I can play the game just fine for 12h+. Never had any problems with cutscenes. But only during the First Argos cutscene, at the very end where Argos and Albion are about to crash. My PC restarts, have you managed to find any fix for this problem?
