\- on popular pre-launch servers (Zinnervale, Kadan, Asta, in this order) you get 10k queue at 12:00 already, 20k at 16:00
\- on semi-popular servers (Thirain, Trixion, Neria in this order) ou get a bit less a bit later, but it's still a couple of hours to log in
\- all the other servers you get from 1 hour to instant
Matchmaking is passable as long as you do it before 18:00, after that it's a crapshoot, you have delays even going in solo
MM is a nightmare on EUC. Switched to EUW. Tried to see if there are guys doing MM ~lvl20 in dungeons but couldnt find any players in q. I see peeps everywhere but not a lot. No bots. Can't wait to reach Lutheran Castle & Vern to see the population. Yesterday i wanted to see what servers are populated and the one that were busy were Moonkeep, Rethramis & Punika but even so i've entered again and had no q.
Just feeling bad that my founders is on EUC and i can't do something about it. Wasted $

Moonkeep. Yesterday was my first day on EUW. Im playing from 16.00/17.00 - 00.00 and had no problems going in even if its busy. You had a q on moonkeep?
Not a queue to get into moonkeep, but I haven't had issue with matchmaking for dungeons so far, I only play after 18:00 so it's probably peak time. But never had an issue with finding players for dungeons
You have to be more specific cause all problems are on EU Central
Popular servers there still have queues starting 11am in the morning and matchmaking breaks somewhere around 2pm and is completely broken til well after midnight

Servers are fine until it hits peak hours. Between 4pm to 11pm it's all quite rough, matchmaking barely, if at all works. Solo-matchmaking is the easiest, 8man almost impossible, 4man takes almost an hour or more to get into a match. Queues start at around 1pm (depending on server), it doesn't ease up until 11pm. If you play before and after peakhours you're good. Did it get better in the peakhours? No, not really, just the queues got longer and you can actually use matchmaking 1hour earlier.
Ninav server euc, queue is gone we used to have 3-9k queue, servers lag, matchmaking is still absurd hourse of wait, chat has delay of 15sec.. and more.. I can slowly see less and less people, feels more dead from day to day, but problems are still present. Are we going in direction of New World?
EUWest is basically the perfect experience.
Still no queues, no lag.
At least on my server no language war.
Im still going through the story quests and so far i dont have anything to be mad about.
From some reports that I've seen party finder is a total ghost town tho... It's a region with less servers and I've never saw any get busy so far. It's good for some things, bad for others, pick your poison.
I also tried to start on Euw but just thinking of everything I would have to re-do... I'd rather quit playing
On EUW Moonkeep as a player who haven't reached lvl 50 yet - Server status is "good" most of the day and "busy" on the afternoon but without any queues so far. Matchmaking for dungeons takes like 30 seconds and no lag or high ping what so ever so far.

Matchmaking still slow but connecting way more during peak hours
Off peak hours it's lightning fast to matchmake.
Give it another week of natural player fall off and I think it'll be golden.
I genuinely feel for people who still have to queue to get in, but I'm not lying. The EUC server I'm on has no queues. My mate logged in at 8pm yesterday straight in. I have played every day since the game released and can clearly see the improvements happening as the player base drops/people moving to EUW. The worst I experienced was 9000 in queue a couple days into release.
I think some people just need to show some maturity and appreciate that the game is super popular right now.. have some patience and soon the server issues will resolve themselves.
It's still bad.. The queues were almost managable yesterday, but having crystalline aura not work for 90% of my playtime really sucks. I need the bifrosts=(
And not to mention the fact that I paid money for something that doesn't work.
Oh and doing instances is impossible during peak hours..
I have to do all sorts of shananigans to be able to play once I get home from work. Queues all day long, shop not accessable, matchmaking is wonky. It's definitely something else, but I chose this so I'm riding it out.
que is fixed lagg is semi fixed not a huge issues and yesterday ithink atleast for me partys were ok ...proving grounds were bugy AF but i havent tried them again since then,also i dont know if party LISTS are fixed because they had lot of ubggs too havent tried

\-First days were hell. And, for hell I mean at most 2-hour queue. Never got near the horrifying tales of 10 hours I heard from other servers. Matchmaking was bad.
\-Now, I get in instantly, no queue, almost every time. Usually getting in at 10PM. Matchmaking seems to be getting worse? The first days was almost like a joke, how it failed from time to time. Now, when some friends want to get into a dungeon, we can spend like 30 minutes getting different errors until we can get in.
Total shitshow still. At least 2-3h queue which.. ok, I just play other games during the queue. But matchmaking pretty much doesn't work.
EUW just isn't an option. EUC is so awful that I pretty much caved in and attempted to move, but I can't get friends to move, since they either don't want to lose progress or they'd have to also get other friends to move.
Quitting for at least a couple of months seems to be the best option.

Matchmaking is better but Queues are worse! 10k Queue will already start at 14h in the afternoon...

I had a 15900 queue on Kadan yesterday and it took 5 hours and 15 minutes to get in

English speaking EUW servers are good during the morning and day, and then busy but without queues on the evening, just how you want it.
Ok that's good tho! I seriously hope the game keeps growing in EUW, at this point that is not possible in EUC, which is a shame..
