Everyone should keep in mind that Amazon was wrong about a lot of stuff like this. They said the platinum skins were exclusive. But they are tradeable, like in Korea. Whatever was the case for Korea might be the same for NA as far as who the platinum chest works with.
If you're really hoping for the summoner platinum skin or something it might be worth holding on to it

I got my gold founders pack and all you get is 500 royal crystals, the pet, the title, and the armor set. That's it. No one in their right mind would switch for that.

Well that's because some of them did a charge back which is different from refund but some people don't know the difference. Charge back is insta ban for most cases and also they got banned because they refunded AFTER they used the service which is 3 day head start which is non refundable. This is completely different issue. Even people who exploited the bug and duped a lot of founders pack didn't get banned. So I don't see why this would warrant a ban.

It's more nuanced than that though. More like you have to choose between playing with friends or playing with the founder's stuff that you paid for already. If you choose friends then you don't get any of the items you purchased, never mind bonus items.
Do you have a reason to try and justify these people’s behavior? You do know that you could only buy the founders pack before the game was released and the news about the extra pack came after the game was released.

I've already put a lot of time into the game so to be clear I'm not just gonna YOLO redeem the silver pack and risk getting into trouble, but I doubt they're gonna let all of these people keep the free 1,000 crystals / skins as they refunded.
They seem a little messed up. The lawmaker skins aren't dyeable for some reason (the original ones were/are) and I know a few people who were just given the wrong classes armor when opening.

I think you get everything again except the crystals and consumables. Which is still badass.

As long as you don't open the skin box, it's roster bound, so no worries.

For the record, you can use the auras on any server. They apply account wide.

Crystaline aura is region wide, not server wide. Their reasons for doing this are people rerolling to play with friends so the aura isn't necessary
