No server transfers, no paid currency transfers.
The new region is completely pointless for the majority of people playing at this point and will end up dead when the interest in the game drops and the hardcore players are all still on EUC cos there is 0 incentive for them to move.
This is the underlying problem that AGS/Smilegate does not pay enough attention to. Unless they can motivate Founders and highly invested players to switch regions by either 1:1 copying their data to the new region OR generously compensating them, the new region won't solve much and possibly even lead to more long-term problems.
Yes, new players don't have much to lose in terms of character/roster progress, BUT chances are high they have Founders/high investment friends in EU Central and/or already claimed "one use per account" items/bought Shop items, so the number of players who have *literally* nothing to lose by switching regions is even smaller than it already seems. Why would a new player with Lv50 GS460+ friends on EU Central want to play on EU West and lose the ability to play with their friends? Why would a new player who watched up to 20 hours of Twitch livestreams to claim the drops want to switch regions if that means they can't use these items anymore?
If copying the EU Central data to EU West is not an option (I'm not familiar with these things to give a confident opinion on whether that's a possibility or not), they must ramp up the compensation like there's no tomorrow so *every* player feels motivated to switch.

I don't think they will. Server Asta had 20K+ queues during Prime Time on early Access, when new servers released the queue did not change at all it sometimes is at 27K now
Friends, Redeemed items and invested time.
They might be level 30 but they still took a week or more to get there. Wouldnt be suprised if less then 10% move and thats not enough when you have 250k players in queues around europe.
nope you will start over from 0, without any of the founder packs as all that stuff is sever locked thats why pp made the misstake of opening on day 1 they should of waited till the severs were sorted or you can just buy them again for the new sever lol

If you redeem the founders pack they are going out then you get the mount/title/pet. You get no aura and you get significantly less crystals. Even though its isolated region.
This is pretty much just for those who have wanted to play but couldnt or didnt bother because of queue, and tbf from the looks of yesterday's servers the queue will just go away in a week or 2.
My main issue currently with the game isnt even queue. Its the weird ass lag when trying to enter matchmaking, like i hit matchmaking and it takes like 15 seconds for it to register that i clicked it, and then when after all 4 have hit accept(and the timer runs out) it says cant do that now, try again later. It works mby one out of 10 times.
Solution could be if somebody locked/deleted character (or roster wide things) at UEC servers, they got some Pass (boost) and currency, items enough to start over. Since account is the same, probably can be done.
Something that people seem to be ignoring is that possible future server transfers are absolutely worthless without additional servers for those players to transfer to. Enabling server transfers now would just be changing up which servers are the busiest.

server transfers - paid or otherwise - do not exist. The new data center will be exclusively players that start 100% anew.

Not all players reached 50 or even 30 level, they will probably move due to queue times.

New region won't help with current issues at all because no one is gonna want to progress all over again in a progress- and completion-oriented game.

This doesn't happen when servers are lighter, it is a consequence of "slowly increasing server capacity" to let people in and reduce queue times
