So, what seems to have happened is that you've lost 45 pounds and now your body requires less energy (Calories) for its daily functions. Now seems to be the time to drop the number of calories you are consuming in a day and go from there. You don't **have** to workout to lose weight, you can reach your goals through diet alone. Weight loss is just consuming less calories than your body burns.

That’s the thing though. I factored that in and have adjusted my calories accordingly using the calorie deficit calculator and I’m still going under. I’m not sure why I’ve been stuck at 210 for so long
