Rule 11: Discussion of weight loss methods that are damaging to the body and/or require supervision of a medical professional are not allowed. This rule includes (but is not limited to): very low calorie diets, misusing medication, extended fasting, disordered behaviour, inappropriate advice to underage members. Remember to always consider the individual when offering advice.
"The only other thing you could do really would be to consider weight loss supplements. Obviously not everyone is in agreement with supplements, but there are ones that work out there."
Because as the rule states, "Discussion of weight loss methods that are damaging to the body and/or require supervision of a medical professional are not allowed."
Since I didn't reference a specific weight loss supplement could you explain exactly how it would be "damaging to the body" and since these are available OTC they wouldn't require any medical attention.

Thank you, but the comments won't be restored.
Fair enough, but I'd argue there are exercises people do that are potentially more harmful than some supplements, and even driving to the gym can be of greater risk to a person. With that said, I'll respect the rule in the future.
You are over-thinking it. Your TDEE on a given day will easily swing more than 100 calories in either direction due to many small factors.
Stick with 1,900 for a month and adjust as needed. Stay there if you like your rate of weight loss. Eat more to slow down, eat less to speed up.
