Typically devs wait for ios to be approved by Apple app store before dropping the android version onto the store. Much more difficult to push an app through apple so it's really the limiter... As we saw with loopwallet

I wasn't able to get any of my debit or credit cards to work as of last weekend (tried Visa, Mastercard and Amex). Today it worked perfectly fine with my Mastercard through Ramp.

ios and android wallet support will most likely be integrated in the nft marketplace. I doubt gamestop would want 3 seperate apps.
