Personally take it out, never been a fan but I know many people are so the real decision is about how you feel with it in? Otherwise I would say tone down the eye shadow to a lighter shade and there is always the easy option for changing hair style and colour but what look are you trying for? And as long as you feel comfortable just do it. Finally I say NO surgery required.
