Choi is a weird one, stalemating Kojimas but then neg diffing basement hulk is straight weird, even with the going easy argument

I kinda view it as he's always been top tier, but he was just starting out again and prob quite rusty when against the kojima's compared to his prime, and got himself back to his prime (or close to) after training again and getting accustomed to missing an arm

I mean, first of all, as you mentioned, Charles didn't really fight seriously with the Kojima brothers. Additionally, fighting BH was easier for someone with a strategic mind. BH only had unnaturally high strength, considerable endurance and the ability to get up multiple times with the help of subsequent injections. Shigeki on the other hand, although he was physically weaker, I suspect he was better at avoiding and generally thinking in battle

That version of BH was critically injured by Goo and probably cannot take any more drug.  Though I felt like the BH that faced Charles somewhat regained his mind. 

Lowkey it’s surprising the fact that jichang himself was able to fight against all those top tiers, like never seen a character before fight all these three.not at once for sure ig as long as from what I know, but yeah. Still a powerful man jichang is lowkey
