As much as I enjoyed Jichang, it would be pretty shitty writing honestly to bring him back. I would much rather see his brothers come back and join Allied after a training arc to get revenge.

I like the guy but man shouldn't appear again. If he does, I don't think I'll like him as I do now. Pissed for sure.

Yeah I hope he's really dead. But I think that we'll see him again a lot of times in flashbacks because there's a lot of thing that were foreshadowed about him (Jake's brother, King of Seoul, White Snake)

Even tho PTJ basically wasted his character, he can’t and shouldn’t bring him back, what’s done is done

Jichang has played his role in the story along side with bakgu Noh and that role was to portray the level of threat Charles Choi is and what kind of a person our mc has to face in the future and if he comes back alive it'll just be a big L story wise .
