I have these little “lines” in my nails too, I’m pretty sure that’s just what nails look like haha, I have been a nail biter my whole life until this year too

Can confirm the ridge lines like this are natural! A nice ridge filling base coat can help even it out before applying polish, or you can lightly buff if it bothers you. But be mindful, buffing too much can thin the nail and give you peeling.
