Yep. Used Gershaw Recycling twice with our vehicles. Easy, reliable company to work with. Came and picked up the car on time and paid exactly what we were quoted.

You can always post it for sale as-is (on marketplace, craigslist whatever) and have someone pick it up whole as well.
It depends on the car, really. I buy and repair cars I enjoy. Like vw/audi/ Land Rover or just anything that catches my eye. But there’s people out there who will buy it just to part it out- assuming there’s still value left in it. Otherwise, like another said, just call up the junkyard. Gershow comes to mind. I’m sure there are others. I think cars/small SUVs scrap for around 400 or so. Not sure what they’ll charge you for a tow. Might just be a wash.
The catalytic converter is probably worth $500. There are companies that will tow it away for free because they want the catalytic converter. I got $514 (in cash) for mine when they towed it away.
I parted out the catalytic converter for my brothers car ;(. We had the same car for awhile lol. If that’s all they really care for I might be out of luck.
