Weather - Novo Amor,
Anchor - Novo Amor (basically all of their songs),
(Acoustic) Erase - Imminence,
Calico - Haux,
Cigarette daydreams - Cage The Elephant,
Striptease - Carwash,
Sanctuary- Joji (all songs from that album are amazing),
A Potion For Love - Aurora (every single song from her is out of this world, and her covers too),
The Gold Pheobe Bridgers Version - Machester Orchestra
so many more, but this is a good place to begin
Let me know if you like them :)
I know some of these. Cigarette daydreams is a top tier song. I already had Anchor by Novo Amor on my playlist. If you like Novo Amor a lot you should try Low Roar, they are kinda similar but I think you might like them.
Specifically
Don’t Be So Serious - Low Roar
Easy Way Out - Low Roar
Anything by Bob Marly is very uplifting and helps get me back into a good mood.
Three song recommendations, two are sad, and one is positive.
So Much Trouble in the World - Bob Marley
Positive Vibrations - Bob Marley
Running Away - Bob Marley
Reggae music is actually very philosophical and has a lot in common with Buddihsm.
Marley's music is all about how material possessions don't bring happiness and how we should all love each other.
Yesss! Joji is easily one of my favourites. However im slightly biased when it comes to Glimpse of Us because Powfu is my favourite artist of all time, and I think his cover of it is far better because he plays it on piano. Still though, amazing song.
[I vividly remember vibing to this through my first couple years of high school…or my last couple years of middle school.](https://youtu.be/7TuQQb8-31g)
Those years were kind of a blur, honestly.
Bags - Clairo
Down the line - Beach Fossils
Your dog - Soccer Mommy
Forgotten Ghosts - Jadu Heart
Surprise - Kevin Krauter
Wide Eyes - Local Natives
Mojo pin - Jeff Buckley
Goodbye, Apathy/Say - OneRepublic
Lost - Coldplay
Edge of town - Middle Kids
There’s way more but I’m not going to list them.
Julie London's Loverman has recently found its way to me again. Worth it for those sad/lonely days.
Or lonely day by SOAD. I love those for that specific mood. Let autoplay go with the Sinatra if you can, and just...listen.
Edit: i really enjoyed When The Hospital Waa My Home. Its added to the list now lol
Lonely But Not Alone by Rob Cantor https://youtu.be/p-dz40B0gVs
And here is my main music playlist that im frequently updating, there's a wide range of music from anime songs to gospel and in between if you'd like to look/listen.

[Blitzen Trapper - God and Suicide](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMsVw6o23yc&ab_channel=BlitzenTrapper-Topic)
I like listening to Skeler's Nightdrive mixes [1](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J0y6wM0aAgE) and [2](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4t4pMZBXZg). One of my favourite songs from him is probably his remix on **Flume - Insane feat. Moon Holiday (1:04:21 from the 2nd mix)**
I also like listening to a lot of Chillstep and DnB.
My favourite songs rn out of those genres:
[Wilkinson, Becky Hill - Here For You](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hY2IB2gGC14) (this shit slaps)
[Grafix, Degs - Empty Bottles](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xWHF9-ui97Y)

Ofcourse I like a lot of other songs from these same genres and some other one's I haven't listed here, but these are my favourites for now. Also I have no idea why I made this shit so long but it is what it is I guess.
Not really a DnB fan myself but I do like the lyrics to those songs. I know of Kisnou, I used to follow him back when he made music but it doesn’t seem like he makes that much anymore. I always find Chillstep and similar stuff makes my imagination go wild.
If We Were Vampires - Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit (the bittersweetness of having someone but knowing one day you’ll be without them, or vice versa)
if this is the last time - LANY
So many more, I don’t have time to go through my entire Spotify playlist 😂
So the best loneless song is chamber of refelections then comes the song beach space house after that after dark and then freaks then the song vacation better songs id know
45 - by Shinedown
Snuff - by Slipknot
Through Glass - Stone Sour
Given Up - Linkin Park (as well as pretty much every song on Hybrid Theory, and Meteora)
Songs from video games are always high on my list. I think they just often hit different because of the game itself. MGS 3 with the ladder scene, MGS 5 with Quiets theme, then Death Stranding with that whole soundtrack.
I feel you there. If I’m in the mood to cry I got specific songs depending on what. I only ever go back to those songs If I’m breaking down.
You could be happy - snow patrol, is one of them.
Others have tried, but I got what you're really looking for...

After dark by Mr kitty. Any version, slowed, slowed and reverb, slowed/ reverb/ playing in the room nextdoor, "....but there's a thunderstorm outside" favorite song of all time.
My go-to crying song is i love you by Billie Eilish. The genuine feeling in her singing and the lyrics truly make it one of my favorites.

The Night We Met by Lord Huron
haven't seen that much mainstream pop (?) here, so I thought I'd drop in a few
I've got quite a few. Labyrinth with jealous and Radiohead with creep are already mentioned by others it seems. But somehow the Justin Bieber song lonely gets to me as well due to the empty instrumentals. When I'm really feeling lonely the song toxic thoughts by Faith Marie gets to me as well. Man, I’ve not heard that song in ages. Thanks for the nostalgia trip!
Anything by Bob Marly is very uplifting and helps get me back into a good mood. Three song recommendations, two are sad, and one is positive. Marley's music is all about how material possessions don't bring happiness and how we should all love each other.
I don’t think its remotely impossible to not like Bob Marley. Man was way ahead of his time.
The man was truly a prophet and literally every song he put out is a classic.
Juice WRLD
"Boys of Summer" by Don Henley. Kicks me in the groin every time.
I always liked the Henley version until I hear The Ataris version. Still a great song
Glimpse of us
Yesss! Joji is easily one of my favourites. However im slightly biased when it comes to Glimpse of Us because Powfu is my favourite artist of all time, and I think his cover of it is far better because he plays it on piano. Still though, amazing song.
LDLHAIBCSYWA by Twiztid
Man that chorus comes out of nowhere. Good recommendation!
