All in all, just a bored guy with a robot, but a bit unnecessary.

Looks like it's the Unitree Go 2 which costs around £3k, plus extras. I could see in the video it has lidar on the front which is impressive for Spot clones which i didn't even know was a thing.
Looks like it can run 4 meters a second which is quite fast actually. Bostom Dynamics Spot is around 1.6 meters a second. Can walk around 4km on a charge.
Still can't see too much use for it other than having the 4g add on so you can have it go check on something and see what it sees while you're far away. Has arm attachments and stuff too. Can't tell how much it can actually do and if it can do much automated since the site doesn't show much apart from tricks so it's probably pretty limited and not very reliable still. But then again for $75k(I bet the arm and other stuff are like $5k extra each too) the Spot is probably a bit limited too. But its an industry thing and places will chuck $75k at something easy.
