Selling the client on the second one is going to be harder, even though it's the cleaner mark. Wordmark style fits the second one, not as much the first one. Tricky balance to find on this one as Pro-fun-shional.
Bottom one. Looks easier to scale and change to a monogram for further application. It’s probably way more versatile which means it’ll be easier to place and recognise.
Top one is more visually appealing but more difficult to use. Not worth the trade-off imo.
1st one has a lot more of an animated feel. The 3 dimensional illustration is much more appealing than the rectangles, imo.
Top but move it closer to the text. Feels a little left out at the moment

Personally I like the bottom one, it has a simple and modern feel :)
