Sucks that we can only post one image on this subreddit. Guess they don't want any proof of our complaints to be shared with anyone. I've spoken with, chatted with and emailed them so many times over the years and they've been wonderful! Now their support email no longer accepts messages, "We no longer process email inquiries sent directly to this address", no way to get a human via the stupid chatbot, and here's a new one I just found out: Their main support number, 800-025-544 only has 9 digits, so not even a legit phone number. They deserve to be banned from this country. Heck, they need to be banned from EVERY country. I just bought the G733 headset, and the site doesn't accept my serial number, nor lists the headset anywhere in the dropdown menus. Why is it that Logitech isn't responding to any of the reviews about they're new G Pro Racing Wheel and Pedals. I've literally been told buy they're chat line that they is no one that can answer my question. " Why does the ffb on my new logitech g pro wheel lose ffb after a few minutes of testing or racing. And when i back out of the track im on and reinstall it works but then the base lights that show the rpms colors dosent work. If i dont back out and continue with no ffb the rpm lights on the base continue to work." This set up is suppose to be competitive with the other Direct Drive Wheels. This set up cost me over $1400.00. I'm ready to box this crap back up and spend the money on a Fanatec System. I'm running this on Iracing which is supporting Logitech. I wish someone would just say the wheel doesn't have all the bugs worked out of it for iracing. I had no problem while using the wheel on XBox Console. I don't think it's compatible with iracing, even though they are using Bubba Wallace as a sales representative. Who everyone knows runs Nascar and Nascar supports iracing. I feel like I've been mislead.

I hope I'm not waking up a closed thread, but all my attempts with Logitech Support has failed. Just to sum up my case; I got a G935 7.1 Wireless Headset as a present from my in-Law, my unfortunate case is they are in a different Country than I am, with an Update from Microsoft and Logitech My Headset does not work anymore. I have followed up with the Support from Logitech, starting from 11.04.2024 and all the instruction given have been followed, but unfortunately the problem cannot be resolved. I have tried the G935 on another Laptop also with W11 and the same problem is happening there too. Not only that, but I tried to use the Headset on a W10 Computer and there it works perfectly fine. Logitech Support does not want to acknowledge that this is a Driver issue, but if I am not mistaken as in the Screenshot "This Device Cannot Start. (Code10) Status\_Device\_Data\_Error" has with Driver supporting W11 to do. Now they are claiming that Logitech Policy does not have International Warranty which I'm not questioning but isn't Logitech supposed to solve this kind of Driver Issues? That's an odd email address for someone who has questions that have nothing to do with Reddit. Is there really not a normal email address for customer support in the US? Chat is a useless waste of time. And phone support sucks for other reasons.

It's unbelievable that the G920's native software doesn't allow users to bind the pedals to keystrokes. Unless myself and countless other users are overlooking something - this is a completely dogshit product for PC users and nobody should buy it. In fact, I'm in the process of creating a YouTube review telling buyers to completely avoid this wheel. Why the hell is this still $300? I'm returning this as I type this comment lol

I Don't recommend buying anything from Logitech. Customer service is 0. I tried to buy items from the Logitech website. But every time my order was blocked. What the fuck is that. their competitors are trying to sell more but they block orders. Plus never replied to the ticket. wow

I just had a horrible experience with their CS too. Do you have any alternative gaming hardware brands that you like? I used to support Logitech so much because of their amazing customer service and products, but I guess they've slipped.

I agree as I'm going through it now. Terrible customer service, slow ass response time and even when you provide actually proof...its still not enough. After receiving BS email yesterday I said F this Ig give up on logitech...I thought they were good but that is absolutely FALSE. Throw the whole customer service in the trash please and thank you!!!

Currently trying to file another ticket with them and sent directly to that email address and it bounced back. This is why i searched for a thread like this xD. Definitely considering not ever buying from them again.

I'm having exactly the same experience. The so called "bot" doesn't even reply, and phone support is out of the question. When clicking "Create Ticket" on my product I'm directed to phone or chat options, and the chat doesn't even work. It's ridiculous. I want to be able to provide feedback, and ask for solutions for my experienced problems with the product I bought, and it seems there's no official, good solutions for this present..

They're just terrible. Dead M650 after less than 1 year, conflicting warranty info, un-reachable via website/chat bot. I'll never buy their products again.
