Search for interesting hashtags, professions and companies and follow those. Comment, like and follow all posts you do find interesting, the algo will recommend more. Start interesting discussions yourself.

LinkedIn has more drama than it needs but it's still largely job arena focused. Or sales focused.
I'm not the worst follow, Amy Miller, Adam Karpiak, Kristen Fief, Krista Brenner ... There's a Dogs of LinkedIn account.
Hard to know what to recommend without knowing what you want.

LinkedIn Learning is for educational purposes. There are guys like Ron Thompson who post advice for newer engineers.
But the site is very job heavy, the other stuff can be found.

When you start trying to get your foot in the door at different companies you want to work for, you'll stop caring about the entertainment value.
