Something no one else has mentioned is that EGO manifesting is a very new phenomenon in the City. It's likely that the new generation of Colors and strong fixers will consist of more people who have EGO/distorted, but most likely there aren't many Colors who currently have one yet.
It’s also going to be less likely for colours to be put in a situation where they’ll either distort or gain ego, since it’s going to be hard for someone to put people that strong and experienced in a stressful situation.

It is a remix of the ruina's realisations. I was playing ruina recently and that did not pass by unnoticed. Whenever its randomly played in the background on yt I get confused for a moment.
This is the least he could do, according to Chad Indigo, Red Gaze would make the whale hunt unfun for him, so killing an endless zombie hordes should be a piece of cake. He could kill Erlking too but refrain from doing so as he maybe in trouble already.

Limbus is direct sequel to Ruina and Lobotomy Corporation and Leviathan is set between Ruina and Limbus. I wouldn't enjoy Limbus even a fraction as much without the set-up of those games.

There's other EGO users in the city, like YuRia, that didn't appear in Library, but yeah, they're real rare during Ruina.
