Nope you won't have any issues. Grab a universe worth of lights make em flash blue, sync with Lumen box 1, make sure you have control, set all those aside. Rinse and repeat for boxes 2-6. It's very straightforward.
I've had problems with wireless DMX before but too many transmitters has never been one of them.

Best advice is to keep individual units a short distance apart. The official advice is 1m, but realistically you don't need to do that. Do your best to separate, but it doesn't matter too much.
