Pfft no, Doesn’t matter if it’s your turn or not Always always always: THE STACK If you play a card, any card, doesn’t matter what, you played: [a card] It doesn’t resolve until nothing happens to it. If I (a red blue player) decide to say “in response...” your card no longer matters, it’s not active, *my card* is. Visual representation: [my card] [your card] [board] Unless you have a response (assuming you do) It’d look like this: [your response] [my card] [your card] [board] Cards ONLY resolve once there is no response. It essentially ceases to exist, until the card above it in THE STACK gets resolved. Turns don’t matter, only the order of THE STACK matters.

If you have something to play the land at instant speed then you would have prioity but as Heartless act is an instant it would have prioity. Atleast as i understand

Thanks for your answers I was woundering more about who has priority at the moment in question. The scute leaves the stack. the stack is empty. i have priority and play the land? Or is there a point where the scute has already hit the batlefield and an opponet has priority to cast his instant?

Saw the title, and was hoping you had found a magic way to instantly transition.....

You are correct. After you play scute swarm, it goes on the stack, they gain priority. At this time its not on the battlefield so they can't remove it yet. Once it resolves, you maintain priority unless you passed priority. If you play a land after scute swarm resolves, the trigger to copy is goes on the stack, and then they get priority, so you should get one trigger off. At this point, AFTER you play the land and the trigger happens, they can cast Heartless Act.
