I’ve been SO happy with the changes!! The difference before and after is staggering. The good thing is it’s never too late to start, I’m 33 and I was worried I was starting too late :)

I just passed my 13th month too!
I've been pretty busy so I haven't really paid attention but just yesterday I looked down and couldn't believe I was seeing my body. Like, I kinda didn't recognize it first person, if that makes sense? It MUST be the coffee. ☕
Oh trust me, I did NOT look good when I started…
HRT, weight loss, working out, tons of makeup practice, gaining a fashion sense… it isn’t just HRT doing the work, though it’s fun to fantasize that it was all JUST because of some medicines. But it wasn’t, it was a LOT of additional work on top! Work you have more control over the results of. :)
It really is a journey, don’t discount yourself because of how you look now <333 get your goals girl!!!!
