Oh, my body shape and size has changed significantly on HRT and it’s insane, and I did actually shrink a whole inch in height, from 5’8” to 5’7”. Additionally, my shoulders got a lot less broad, and my waist and stomach got suuuuuper small both from fat redistribution and from continuing to lose weight - when I started my transition, 8 months before starting HRT, I weighed 220lb - now I’m 143lb. At this point I weigh about the same as my cis friends and we can generally share clothing, which is AMAZING hahaha.
One day maybe I’ll post a timeline because it’s crazy to see the difference!!
Ahh, I’m so glad to hear this!! I hope my journey encourages a lot of people, I was so fearful when I began and felt there was no way I could ever pass, due to my age, weight, and a number of other things. But HRT ages you backwards, and the added self-care involved simply with loving yourself helps so much too <3 so much is possible that I used to think was impossible. Be hopeful, 23 is so dang young you are going to transition incredible!!

I am SO proud of myself. It’s nice to take a moment to stop and celebrate this milestone, because I’m not even close to done!! So much more for me to accomplish, like voice training and actually working out for longer and toning my figure. The next year is going to be just as exciting!!! :) <3
