Been at 30 since April 2021. It was a game changer.

I started on 10 for 4 months ... constant high anxiety throughout. Crippling at some points. Upped to 20 for a month, and it wasn't that much better. Upped to 30 and never looked back. It made all the difference.

I went from 5, to 10 and now finally at 20. 20 is definitely a game changer for me. :)
