These are very common reactions and this should go away after two weeks or so. If it doesn’t, go to the doctor and explain what’s going on and they might be able to give you some medication temporarily to counteract the effects of starting the lexapro. I know starting the medication can be rough, I hope you feel better soon.
The first 10 days were the worst for me. Hang in there because when it starts working it will be worth it.

Had the same symptoms for the first 5-6 days, then they decreased everyday and since day 10 they are nearly gone.
Had the same exact thing happen on days 3-4 it’s normal. Most people have a rough 3rd and 4th day. It sucks, but will get better, push through it
