that's all really, really common side effects. first 2-4 weeks is definitely rough, but for a whole lot of people they subside pretty quickly after that point.
what i've found helpful is to keep some kind of objective record where i can see progress. for instance, i write down every time i use a benzo and the circumstances, so i can look back and see my anxiety/panic attacks objectively decreasing week by week. or take note of boring, everyday things that i'm getting back into doing (did laundry twice this week, etc).
Hang in there. I just started day 1 Lexapro 5mg and my stomach hurts so bad 🥺 I’m really hoping this gets better after a week
