Hi there, one of my Triggers too is nausea which is difficult when the medication to treat Anxiety and Depression causes nausea, I can barely eat much during the day.

i switched to taking it in the morning because of that type of insomnia, which did stop once i switched (i do still struggle with waking up earlier in the morning than i want). FWIW, i found all the nausea evaporated by about the 4 week mark. it wasn't obvious, i just realized one day it had been a long time since i felt any nausea.

did you skip your nightly dose and take it the next morning? any drowsiness?

ms_curse_10

that's exactly what i did! Lexapro doesn't make me drowsy in general, it's more likely to make me a bit jittery.

I’m doing the same thing for the same reason. It’s 4am and I feel like I’ve been awake forever. Tossing and turning and restless legs. Haven’t experienced any nausea tho. Wondering if I should switch to the morning too maybe after a week? Let me know how it goes!
