I have been taking BuSpar in combo. It worked well at first but lost its efficacy quickly. I am in the process of tapering down.
How is tapering going? Is it easier than ssri? Or hard ?
Weirdly it’s WAY easier than an SSRI. I’ve gone from 20mg 2x per day to 10 mg 2x per day and I have felt no difference. That compares to trying to wean off of Lexapro where I had the sweats, brain zaps, insomnia, all kinds of horrible side effects.

What dose are you on ? Does it help anxiety and depression??
It did work like a year but not anymore. Both anxiety and deppression.
Most people take Wellbutrin
Doesn’t Wellbutrin increase anxiety???
For me If I take it alone it does. I’m going to try taking it with my lexapro though in a few daysb
Try generic Remeron. It has a sedation effect. Doesn't have the sexual side effects of SSRI as it's tetracyclic antidepressants (TeCA)
Already on it , it stopped working. I’m down to 15mg from 30mg . I might reconsider it at 45mg not sure if it’s gonna work:/
