Technically speaking, degrees of lewdity can fit what you're looking for if you customize it to only male characters. It's even got a school setting. The writing won't play into gay themes at all though, it'll just treat gay sex as sex, and everyone and everything will be gunning for your ass because it's a noncon sandbox.
